1) At Aysha & Co, we endeavour to bring you the best, and latest trends of hijab on the market hence why, we have one of the strictest policies in quality control. Ensuring our customers are receiving quality items as described. However, in the unlikely event, if an item is defective or faulty, then please do get in touch with us via email at ayshandco@outlook.com within the first 3 days of receiving your items. We would request photographic images or video confirming any faulty items to help resolve the situation. Within the time scale, a return will be authorised for exchange. 

2) Unfortunately, due to the type of business we operate in for hygiene purposes we do not accept refunds, exchange or returns.

3) It is your responsibility to ensure you have checked the description of the item you are ordering, as we cannot be liable for mistakes, wrong colour or material chosen. 

4) We have several methods of postage available for our customers in the UK & Worldwide. We always use tracked services as that way it is safer, and customers are able to track its progress, guaranteed delivery, as packages that don't have this feature there is a risk that it may get lost in transit, and can understand the frustration if this was to happen. Hence why, all our postage is covered up to £20 or £50 to £500 On Royal Mail Special Delivery. In the event that your item does fail to turn up, please notify us and we will be able to check with the courier company. We cannot be held liable for lost delivery, unsuccessful delivery. 

When will i expect my Aysha & Co Delivery?

If your order is placed by 3PM latest, then we are able dispatch your items the same day for delivery. Depending on where you are based, the time frame suggested on the postage will apply. In some cases, customers usually get their items the next day. Any orders received past 3PM, will be sent out the following day. Orders placed on the weekend Sat-Sun will be dispatched on the following business working day.
You will also receive text alerts or emails stating the progress of your package.

What if i do not receive my order?

If 5-6 days have passed after your order and you still have not received your goods please do get in touch with us via email on ayshandco@outlook.com stating your full name, address and tracking number as this will allow us to investigate the issue further.
